I want to appeal a penalty

If you disagree with a penalty, you can file an appeal through the steps below.

How long do I have to file?

You need to file within 30 days of the date you received the penalty notice.

How do I file?

Submit it through 1:1 Inquiry. If you have supporting evidence, please include it as well.

What happens next?

We'll let you know the result of the re-review within 1~2일 business days. The penalty stays in place while your appeal is being reviewed, but if the appeal is accepted, the penalty is lifted.
