My Stars suddenly disappeared

In most cases, your Stars didn't vanish — they expired. Free Stars expire 30일 after the day you receive them, and we send a notification before they expire.

Good to know:

• When Stars are used, the ones closest to expiring are used automatically first

Checking your expiration history

Check your expiration records under MY → More → Settings → Account management → Star history.
