My payment won't go through

When a payment attempt fails, the cause is usually the payment method or a temporary glitch. Run through the checks below, then wait a moment and try again.

Try this

1. Check your payment method — card limit and expiration date, and whether the payment method registered with the store is valid
2. Close the app completely, then restart it
3. Check that your network connection is stable

When in-app purchases won't work

iOS uses Apple in-app purchases, and Android uses Google Play in-app purchases. Payment errors sometimes happen on the store's side, so check the payment methods and any error notices on your App Store or Google Play account.
