What are protagonist settings?

It's a feature for registering the name and details of the protagonist you'll play in advance. Save a name and description to a protagonist profile, and you can pick one for each Episode. You can create up to 100 profiles, each up to 100 characters long.
Protagonist profiles
You can use a different profile for each Episode. The profile you pick when starting a play is copied into that play, so you can't swap to another profile mid-play — but you can still edit its contents.

Q. What's the protagonist note?
It's a memo of up to 500 characters where you jot down your protagonist's personality or backstory during play. What you write is passed to the AI and woven into the story. The more specific you are, the better the AI reflects it.
Q. What does "minimize protagonist dialogue" do?
Turn this option on and the AI generates fewer lines for your protagonist. You type more of them yourself, which gives you more freedom.
Q. I changed a setting but it's not kicking in right away.
Changes to your protagonist profile, note, or dialogue minimization apply from the next scene, not the one in progress.
