Images aren't showing up

There can be several reasons an image isn't showing up.

Why is this happening?

• Your network may be unstable
• The server may be temporarily under heavy load
• The Director may not have set an image for that scene
• Your app version may be out of date

Try this

1. Check your network connection and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
2. Close the app completely, then restart it
3. Update the app to the latest version
4. Clear the cache
